Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Cargo Twist. By downloading, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to them and to applicable store terms.
Eligibility and general audience
Cargo Twist is a general-audience puzzle game. You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, you may use the game only with that permission.
License and acceptable use
Pipet Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cargo Twist for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You may not cheat, disrupt services, bypass security, reverse engineer except where law permits, resell access, or use the game to violate rights or law.
Gameplay and availability
Cargo Twist includes a main level sequence and Free Play puzzles. Features, content, balance, and availability may change as the game is maintained. We do not promise uninterrupted access, perpetual cloud retention, or unlimited content.
Advertising and optional rewards
The free experience may show automatic interstitial ads under the game’s pacing rules. Rewarded ads are optional and provide the benefit displayed before viewing when completion is confirmed. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Permanent upgrade and restore
Cargo Twist offers a non-consumable, one-time purchase. When the entitlement is active, it permanently removes automatic interstitial advertising and allows unlimited Free Play puzzle swaps for that Apple Account. Optional rewarded ads can remain available by your choice. Use Restore Purchases in Settings on supported devices. Apple processes payments, purchase history, taxes, and refund requests under App Store terms; no particular refund outcome is promised.
Game Center and cloud services
Game Center and Firebase may be used for sign-in and cloud progress. Their availability depends on your account, network, platform, and provider services. Local progress and cloud progress may be merged to preserve valid play history.
Ownership
Cargo Twist, its software, artwork, design, text, audio, and trademarks are owned by Pipet Games or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited license above.
Updates, suspension, and termination
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We may restrict access for material misuse or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the game at any time.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without removing mandatory consumer protections available where you live. We may update the Terms and will post a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
