Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Pipet Games handles information when you use Cargo Twist and its connected services.
Information you provide
Cargo Twist does not ask you to enter an app-specific name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos and files. If you contact support or request deletion, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond, investigate, or complete the request.
Game, account, and cloud data
Cargo Twist may record gameplay and app events, settings, progress, purchase-entitlement state, diagnostics, and performance information. On iOS, Game Center can provide a platform-linked identity used with Firebase Authentication. Firebase Firestore stores cloud progress and settings so supported devices can recover and merge progress.
Advertising and privacy choices
Cargo Twist uses Appodeal and mediated advertising networks for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Depending on your region, device, consent, and App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice, these providers may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad and app interactions, diagnostics, performance, and fraud or security signals. Cargo Twist disables precise location tracking in its Appodeal setup and requests non-personalized ads, but partner processing can still vary by provider and applicable choices.
Apple services and purchases
Apple provides Game Center and processes App Store purchases. Pipet Games receives purchase and entitlement confirmation needed to grant or restore the permanent upgrade, but does not receive your full payment card number. Apple handles its services under Apple’s own privacy terms.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the game, save and recover progress, provide purchases and ads, grant optional rewards, understand game stability and use, prevent abuse and fraud, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Retention and security
Information is kept only while reasonably needed for the service, progress recovery, security, support, transactions, and legal obligations, subject to provider controls. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can manage ATT and device permissions in iOS Settings and use consent or privacy controls when shown. You can stop cloud use by signing out of Game Center or stop using the app. To request access or deletion for data controlled by Pipet Games, use the data-deletion page or email privacy@pipetgames.com.
Children and audience
Cargo Twist is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed as a Kids-category product. If you believe a child provided personal information through a support or deletion message, contact us so we can review the request.
International providers and changes
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours, using protections required by applicable law. We may update this policy as the game or legal requirements change and will post the revised effective date here.
