Request data deletion
You can request deletion or anonymization of Cargo Twist cloud progress and related data controlled by Pipet Games.
Send your request
Email privacy@pipetgames.com with the subject “Cargo Twist Data Deletion”. Include your platform, Game Center nickname, and enough context to help us locate the correct game account. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you.
What we can delete
For a verified request, Pipet Games can delete or anonymize Firebase Authentication and Firestore records it controls, including associated cloud progress and settings, unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, transactions, disputes, or law.
Local data and reinstalling
Deleting the app removes Cargo Twist data stored only on that device through iOS. It does not by itself submit a cloud-deletion request. Reinstalling or reconnecting before a request is completed may create or synchronize new progress.
Data controlled by other providers
Apple controls Game Center and App Store purchase records. Appodeal and mediated advertising partners control data they process directly. Use those providers’ account, privacy, or support controls for their records. A Pipet Games request cannot erase purchase history that Apple must retain or data held independently by another provider.
